July & August 2017

Milan and Lorelei visited University of Toledo for the first time at the end of July while we were visiting for Avery's Birthday.  Milan was very interested in the campus but towards the end was exhausted.  Her favorite part of campus is the water fountain outside of Student Union.

We visited Mommy's old school the week before school started.  We love Mrs. Fischer and can only hope the girls have her for first grade some day!

On our way to our Stay-cation in Amherst.  We went to Dancing in the street, Memphis Kiddie park, took a tour of the Tall ships in Lorain, Romps, fishing, playgrounds, and the beach!  

Steven and I were lucky enough to have a night out at the Indians game with a very exciting ending to the ball game.

Milan started Preschool in August at Kings Preschool with Mrs. Dozier.  Milan was excited for school and went right with her teacher without any tears.  Lorelei on the other hand, sobbed when Milan got out of the car and continued to ask where Milan was all morning.

We took the girls for their first Cincinnati Skyline.  It was a success!

We had a week of sick ladies which landed Lorelei at the Doctor with a breathing treatment.  To pass the time, Milan wanted to take selfies with Lorelei's dinosaur breathing treatment.  The breathing treatment worked quickly and Lorelei was good as new!

Lorelei started gymnastics at the YMCA in Lebanon.  She's in the 2 year old class, Mat Rats!  She's having fun learning new tricks on the stairs, balance beam, rings, and front rolls!  The foam pit is of course her favorite part of class.
